You Will**:**

• Operate the marketplace lifecycle from start to finish including contracts, invoicing and payments for both the supply and demand side
• Act as the main point of contact for addressing any client inquiries and questions related to financial operations
• Work directly with customers to solve payment issues and ensure invoices are paid on time
• Manage the company books and conduct financial audits periodically and recommend improvements
• Manage month and year end closure procedures and develop and maintain financial statements for future reference
• Reconcile monthly activity, generating year-end reports, and fulfill tax related requirements
• Manage the company procurement and vendor relationships
• Support in financial analysis and budgeting, monitoring expenses within the established budget
• Improve operational systems, processes, and policies including better management and reporting, information management and flow, business processes and organizational planning
• Work closely with the CEO and COO to ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered as per the standards set by the company and help develop operational initiatives to achieve financial goals
