Enable Partners to empower their companies to build smarter and more efficiently.

A.Team is a well funded startup that is experiencing exponential growth organically month over month while being invite only! As we begin to expand, we are looking to build strategic partnerships with Venture Capital and Private Equity companies who share our passion for transforming the way companies can build tech. As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will spearhead the adoption of A.Team by creating our partnerships pipeline, negotiating special offers for each partner, and driving exponential demand from their portfolio companies.

You will take the lead role in determining how to build innovative strategic partnerships across different verticals and industries. You will be responsible for operationalizing partnerships, which among other things, will entail establishing scalable and repeatable processes that can be leveraged for growth.

What you'll accomplish:

• Become an A.Team expert, knowing the ins and outs of the product and services we offer
• Gain a deep understanding of partner goals, strategy, and areas of synergy to develop mutually beneficial strategies
• Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
• Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
• Establish strong relationships with key decision makers within partner organizations
• Own the day-to-day relationship with partners
• Identify and develop new business opportunities including management of partnership programs through inception, implementation and launch
• Develop and implement shared organizational processes – some unique to the partnership
• Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product on internal enablement to support partnerships
• Ensure partners realize significant value within 90 days of partnership launch
• Proactively engage partners and look for ways to further deepen relationships
• Understand the issues faced by partner organizations and their customers
• Bring passion and creativity with new ideas for ways to grow partnerships and add ongoing value
• Anticipate risks with partnerships and implement mitigation strategies to address them
• Grow partner lifetime value by identifying evolving needs of partners and driving them to exceed growth targets
• Distill your partnerships knowledge and experience to internal stakeholders
• Build domain expertise and become a future leader at A.Team, as partnerships scale

About you:

• 5-7 years of business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or account management experience and record of demonstrated ‘same account’ growth
• A self-starter who can take the initiative and ensure that your portfolio of partners can get the attention and support they need to be successful
• Strong program building skill set with a focus on operationalizing at scale
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication abilities along with effective presentation and facilitation skills
• Goal oriented, task focused, big picture thinker and small step executer
• Experience in a startup or small team environment
• Highly self-motivated and incredible work ethic
• Strategic thinker and aptitude for networking
• Willing to go above and beyond to expand A.Team's reach and impact

Raphael Ouzan, Founder, CEO

Raphael, the CEO and Founder of A.Team, is a technologist with a habit of founding and investing in companies that empower human capital development and decentralize economic opportunity. His latest company is A.Team. With a strong understanding and empathy for both the supply and demand side of product development, Raphael began in 2019 to build the thing he wished he had as a young coder and repeat founder — a way to form the best teams, repeatedly. And so A.Team was born — in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, which further accelerated the need for remote, on-demand teams.

Kobi Matsri, Founder, COO

Kobi, the COO and Founder of A.Team, has a background in data and software engineering and was previously a consultant at McKinsey where he lead TMT engagements in strategy and corporate finance, AI/ML and automation. His passion lies in creating systematic processes that empower automation and lead to world-class team formation.
